Saturday, September 29, 2018 Tournament Format: 4 Person Scramble @ Creeks Golf Course Time: 8:00 a.m. start. Lunch to follow. Shotgun Start Cost: $400 per team (Limited to the first 25 PAID teams) (Payments of Cash/Check) All entries include lunch, range balls, green fee & cart, cash prizes for 1st and 2nd place teams, prizes for closest to the pin and longest drive. Mulligans are available for purchase at $10 each or $40 per team (one pp per nine).
